Flexible Hours

You probably have commitments to your family, friends, school or sports teams. We will try to arrange your work schedule around them. We currently have job openings on the morning, midday and evening teams.

All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays, so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.

Team Members and Coaches can win cash awards and prizes based on individual and team performance. We also award weekly and monthly recognitions. Directors and Managers have opportunities to receive bonuses based on sales, profit percentages, CEM scores, QIV results,Food Safety evaluations and Food Gap goals.
